• Managed equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations at the cinema. 

• Built and maintained customer relationships, seeking contracts for cinema room rentals and promoting the brand within the local area. 

• Collaborated with two colleagues to manage and train a part-time team of over 20 staff members.

Key Achievement

• Developed and implemented a brand promotion program at two major universities in the area (Can Tho University and Tay Do University), contributing to increased local awareness.
